Águas Quentes (a thermal bath)

Excursions

Águas-Quentes is situated on the São Vicente-pass on the road to São Paulo. It`s a thermal bath with different pools (temperatures between 18° and 42°C). This water is well known against stress, tiredness, high blood pressure, gastritis, rheutmatism and other illness.
On weekends you will be a lot of Brazilian people there. During the week it`s a place much more quiet. We leave the UeSo-Cerrado after breakfast passing Cuiabá to Águas-Quentes. We can spend the whole day enjoying the eight different pools. We have lunch at the restaurant there (on weekends there will be a huge buffet). You have also the possibility to play tennis, waterball, soccer or billard. At 5pm we drive back to the Ueso Cerrado.

Relaxed and refreshed we return to UeSo-Cerrado.
